10-15 Year Old Holiday Classes

Together we cook from scratch 2-3 courses from a country or region and then eat! The classes will be held in the food technology room in Saint Cecilia's Secondary School in Southfields, South-West London, SW18. This is a large space specifically designed for teenagers to cook so we are glad to be offering these classes for an older age-group. The cooks in a small group will have their own work station and food safety and hygiene will be discussed and more in-depth cooking techniques. If you are lucky leftovers are bought home! Price per class: £37.50 for one child, £70 for two siblings at the same class using (SIBLINGDISCOUNT) code in the coupon box - includes all food, snacks, take-away cartons and recipes. Classes at 10-1pm Thursday 28th May - Chicken Parmigiano and Cinnamon Rolls Friday 29th May- Pizza (from scratch) & Lemon & Raspberry Tiramisu And on Thursday and Fridays from 10-1pm in the Summer Holidays for 3 weeks: Thu 23rd July         Chicken Tagine & Sticky Toffee Pudding Fri 24th July          Blueberry & Custard Brioche rolls (from scratch) and Chicken Provençale & Hassel backs Potatoes Thu 30th July          Sweet & Sour Chicken and Hummingbird Cake Fri 31st July           Lasagne and Rocky Road Thu 6th August        Toad in the Hole and Raspberry Iced Buns Fri 7th August         Cajun Chicken Burgers (rolls from scratch) and Chocolate Mouse We can take mature 9 year olds if they want to come with their older siblings too!
