10-15 Year Old Holiday Classes

Together we cook from scratch 2-3 courses from a country or region and then eat! The classes will be held in the food technology room in St Cecilia's. This is a large space specifically designed for teenagers to cook so we are glad to be offering these classes for an older age-group. The cooks in a small group will have their own work station and food safety and hygiene will be discussed and more in-depth cooking techniques. Together we cook from scratch 2-3 courses from a country or region and then Munch! If you are lucky leftovers are bought home! Price per class: £37.50 for one child, £70 for two siblings at the same class using (SIBLINGDISCOUNT) code in the coupon box - includes all food, snacks, take-away cartons and recipes. 10-15 YEAR OLD COOKS Classes at 10-1pm and 2-5pm on each of the following days Thu 9th April - Cinnamon Rolls (from scratch) and Chicken Parmigiana and Rice Fri 10th April - Sushi (chicken teriyaki and salmon) and Chocolate & Orange Biscuits (10-1pm CLASS ONLY Thu 28th May - Pizza & Lemon & Raspberry Tiramisu Fri 29th May - Chicken Enchiladas and Mexican Orange & Cinnamon Biscuits (10-1pm ONLY) We can take mature 9 year olds if they want to come with their older siblings too! The classes are held at M&M HQ – in Sutherland Grove, Southfields, SW185QX. Details are sent via email a week before the class.
